Br / br / br / br / Langleigh House dating back to the early days of Berrynarbor was once the village post office. The property was re-modelled extended and became a guesthouse in the 1930 s. Today Langleigh House set in three quarters of an acre of landscaped gardens with a southerly aspect offers a relaxing and peaceful atmosphere in which to unwind. br / br / br / br / The guest house accommodation consists of three double rooms and one twin room looking out over the Lee Hills/Sterridge Valley or The Village plus a self contained family suite comprising a double room ensuite bathroom and adjoining single room currently with bunk beds. All rooms are en-suite and are decorated and furnished to a high standard through a policy of continued improvement. Each room has tea and coffee making facilities glass bottled RNLI Coastal Spring Water remote control freeview television alarm clock/radio and hairdryer. Refrigerators with fresh milk are available to guests on both landings. br / br / br / br / Breakfast can be served in our charming dining room or taken on the terrace or decking with beautiful views of the surrounding countryside weather permitting. A changing menu of food is freshly prepared home cooked and locally sourced where possible. br / br / br / br / The coast path from Minehead to Lands End is within 1/2 mile and offers exciting cliff top walks or beautiful short strolls from convenient car parks. Away from the coast are the wilds of Exmoor with red deer hidden valleys and charming villages. There is excellent walking on many marked tracks and horse riding is readily available. Ilfracombe has an indoor swimming pool golf riding stables and fishing trips from the harbour plus high quality restaurants. There are regular trips to Lundy Island to see the puffins with pleasure trips along the heritage coastline aboard the Ilfracombe Princess and the Big Steamer ships Balmoral and Waverley.

The family suite comprises 3 rooms Main double bedroom childrens room with bunk beds and family bathroom. A cot is available on request. All rooms are decorated and furnished to a high standard through a policy of continual improvement. Each room has tea and coffee making facilities remote control freeview television alarm clock/radio and hairdryer.Fresh milk is available in the fridge located in the breakfast room. All our double ensuite rooms are south facing with beautiful views over the gardens and Lee Hill/Sterridge Valley.

Directions
Ilfracombe and Combe Martin are well signposted from the A39 route from Minehead and Barnstaple and from the A361 route from Junction 27 on the M5 to Barnstaple.You can take the A399 from the A39 to Combe Martin, then follow the main road through Combe Martin. Once you leave town you will find a turning on the left signposted to Berrynarbor.Langleigh House is in the centre of the village, almost opposite Ye Olde Globe public house. Our private car park can be found by following the main entrance signs below the house. At the bottom of the drive turn left into our car park. Langleigh House faces directly down the garden to the car park.
