Exmoor National Park is less than a 15-minute drive away and the Ilfracombe Golf Course is just over a mile from the guest house. The major A39 road, which runs into the heart of Cornwall, is less than 15 miles away.

We have two Kingsize bedded ensuite rooms both with stunning views of the sea harbour and Damien Hirst's Verity . These rooms are situated on the 2nd and 3rd floors as described on our website. Beautifully decorated with Laura Ashley and furnished to a high standard with deep comfortable mattresses for a good night's sleep flat-screen TV with Freeview plus a well-stocked beverage tray complimentary toiletries and mineral water big fluffy white bath towels and lots of thoughtful little extras. These rooms can be converted to twin beds for stays of two nights or more and should be requested at the time of booking.

DIRECTIONS FROM M5 Junction 27 Take A361 towards Tiverton / Barnstable. DIRECT ROUTE VIA BARNSTAPLE On approaching Barnstaple stay on A361 and follow signs for Ilfracombe. On approaching Ilfracombe at Mullacott Cross roundabout turn right onto the A3123 and follow the signs for Harbour Long Stay car park. At the bottom of A3230 New Barnstaple Road, you will come to a set of traffic lights turn right. Immediately there is a parade of tall Victorian houses on left, The Collingdale is situated towards the end. Parking is free on-street on main road at front of property, or on the Harbour long-stay or Marine Drive car park both situated at the rear of the building, which are both free from 9pm until 10am or priced at £3 for 24 hours
